		<description>Great intro for the community at large.  As a social media manager in the private sector, I hope to see great things continue in this area for non-profits.  If anyone is doubting the potential gains please rethink your stance.  For example, in the first year and a half Dell made over $1 million in sales just from Twitter, and that was before the Twitter boom.
